Cancellation and Refunds

At AmalKumaran.com, we strive to provide a seamless experience through our workshops, consultations, and other offerings. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. The following outlines our policies for cancellations and refunds: —

1. Workshop Cancellation & Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your workshop registration within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours from the time of purchase, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including non-attendance.
In case the workshop is cancelled by the organizer (Amal Kumaran), one of the following will apply:
If a new date is provided within one week of the original date, the participant is not eligible for a refund.
If the rescheduled date exceeds one week, the participant is eligible for a full refund upon request. —

2. Consultation Cancellation & Refunds

Consultations can be cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and a full refund will be issued.
After 48 hours, or once the consultation is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
If the consultation session exceeds the originally booked time, the additional time will be billed on a pro-rata basis, and the client is responsible for paying the balance amount promptly. —

3. No-shows & Non-attendance

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or workshops where the user did not attend and failed to notify the team in advance. —

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original mode of payment.
It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway. —

5. Technical & Payment Gateway Issues

Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.
AmalKumaran.com is not responsible for transaction errors, payment failures, or delays caused by these gateways.

6. Contact for Cancellation Requests

All cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing via email. Please include your full name, contact number, date of booking, and payment proof (if any).
