1. General Overview

AmalKumaran.com offers workshops, one-on-one consultations, career guidance, business process improvement sessions, and more. These services are provided online, primarily via platforms like Zoom or other third-party video-conferencing tools. —

2. Service Delivery

Upon successful purchase or registration for a workshop or consultation, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email ID along with the respective Zoom or video conferencing link.
Ensure your email address is entered correctly during the checkout process to avoid any disruptions in receiving service access links. —

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Workshops
Refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, no refunds shall be processed for workshops.
If a workshop is canceled by the organizer (Amal Kumaran), and no rescheduled date is communicated within one week, participants will be eligible for a full refund.
If the workshop is rescheduled within one week of the originally scheduled date, no refund will be processed.
Consultations
Refunds are permitted only within 48 hours of booking the consultation session.
During the session, if the consultation exceeds the scheduled duration, the client agrees to be billed for the extended time on a pro-rata basis, and must complete payment accordingly. —

4. Rescheduling Policy

If a session or workshop must be rescheduled by the organizer:
Participants will be informed via email.
If the new date falls within one week of the original schedule, the session will proceed as rescheduled without refund eligibility.
If the new date exceeds the one-week window, the participant may opt for a refund. —

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
AmalKumaran.com is not liable for any payment failures, technical errors, or delays that originate from the payment gateway provider.

6. Use of Third-Party Tools

AmalKumaran.com may use third-party video or webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) for delivering services.
Users agree to comply with those platforms’ terms of service while using their tools through our sessions. —

7. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure stable internet connectivity for smooth participation in online events.
Amal Kumaran and the platform are not responsible for user-side issues (connectivity, hardware failures, etc.). —

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided in workshops, consultations, or on the website (videos, PDFs, templates, tools) is the intellectual property of Amal Kumaran and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent. —

9. Limitation of Liability

Amal Kumaran shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages,
Loss of data, or
Business interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use the services. —

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi —
